- What to do to obtain the family reduction?

- What is the Hands Free lift pass?
The high-performance chip on your lift pass, which can be read in any pocket, will save you the bother of presenting it at every lift. It will also enable you to participate in an ecological approach as you can use the same lift pass card from one season to the next.
- How do the bonus points work?
When purchasing a winter or summer lift pass, the « Hand Free » card is credited with « loyalty » bonus points.
When you reach 200 or more bonus points, you can benefit from a free day Portes du Soleil lift pass.
The bonus points have no money exchange value. Only the card with 200 or more points can be exchanged for a free Portes du Soleil day lift pass.
This free day lift pass can be obtained as so on as your actual lift pass has reached its validity date.
200 bonus points on one card is equivalent to the purchase of 10 Les Gets/Morzine one-day lift passes for an adult at full price even if you benefit from a child or senior price.
The bonus points obtained after each purchase are accumulated on the card and can be read at the lift pass offices.
Bonus points can be accumulated over several years.
You cannot accumulate bonus points from several cards.
The « loyalty » bonus points are only available to individual clients purchasing lift passes without reduction from a lift pass office situated in the ski area or on internet.
Season passes do not entitle you to loyalty bonus points.
- How to recuperate the Bonus Points when ordering on the internet?
Return to the lift pass office at a quieter time when there is no queue.
- Can the Bonus points be accumulated from several cards?
No, one card only.

- How does my internet order function?
I choose the first skiing day,
I choose the lift pass corresponding with: The ski area, the number of persons, the number of skiing days,
I click on the appropriate price shown in the tables,
I fill the form with my personnal informations and validate the order,
I pay the order amount via the secured payment interface,
I recieve a confirmation email.
- I already have a 6 to 14 days Les Gets / Morzine ski passes, can I have a Portes du Soleil Day-pass extension?
Yes, take your lift pass to the nearest lit pass office to get a 20% reduction on a Portes du Soleil day lift pass.
- How can I be covered by insurance?
When collecting your order or arriving in the resort purchase your insurance directly from the cashier.
- Collect Points in Les Gets?
Lift passes can be collected directly from the « special internet » desk situated in the Tourist Office, Maison des Gets.
If, when arriving in Les Gets, you prefer to collect your passes from the hotel or agency just put their name in the menu « collection point ».
- Is there any student discount?
Yes, 10% reduction for Les Gets/Morzine lift passes when presenting a valid student card.
- What is the pack for beginners?
It’s a lift pass sold only by the different ski schools ( more information when booking lessons).
- Can I more than 1 discount?
